Children under four years old stay free, five years old to ten pay half price, eleven and up pay full price.
Price include accommodation, 3 meals per day, a native guide, a bilingual guide, rubber boots for the walks, excursions and transportation from Coca's airport to the lodge and vice versa (on operating days Mondays & Fridays).
Not included in the above price:
-Airfare to and from Quito (US $120.00 round trip or, $60,00 one way). We book flights.
-Bus tickets ( US 20,00 round trip or, $10,00 one way).
-Parrot clay lick (Yasuni National Park $25)
-Bar bills (pay at the lodge only on cash).

Note:
Our regular departure dates from Coca to the Lodge are:
Mondays for the 5 days / 4 nights tour
Fridays for the 4 days / 3 nights tour
*If you want to get in and/or out of the lodge on other days there is an extra fee of $120- flat rate (fee not applicable if there are 6 or more passengers or to longer tours).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A 20% deposit from the total tour package must be done within a maximum of 20 days after to confirm the date of travel
.
Final payment must be done 30 days prior tour departure.
Reservations made between 30 days and the day of departure requires an inmidiate payment.
All reservations will have the status of "request" until the reception of the confirmed date of travel and deposit, then the status of the reservation will change to "confirmed".
* If deposit has been not made Sani lodge will have the right to use that space if necessary.
Payment can be done with a personal check from a US bank payable to Comunidad Sani Isla, credit card (only at our office in Quito), or you can make an international wire. For details please contact us at info@sanilodge.com.
CANCELATION PROCEDURE
Inside the general rules, Sani Lodge reimburses:
| 100% | 6 months before the tour |
| 80% | 5 months before the tour |
| 60% | 4 months before the tour |
| 50% | 3 months before the tour |
| 25% | 2 months before the tour |
| 0% | 1 month or less before the tour |
This policy is effective regardless of the motive of the cancellation.
Sani Lodge reimburses 100% of the deposit when natural disasters have occurred.
Ecuador tax fees (not determined by Sani Lodge) and the Sani Lodge rates are subject to change without prior notice.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Sani lodge has a great concern about enviroment that is why we request our passengers:
* Bring the less possible plastic bottles and other non-biodegradable products.
* We have solar power
at the lodge, please bring re-chargable batteries.
* If you do bring normal batteries, please take them home with you after use them.
* DEET on high concentrations is dangerous to human skin and water supply, if possible bring repellent based on citronella.
