Our chefs prepare a variety of international and local Ecuadorian cuisine to suit the preferences of travellers from around the world. We are happy to accommodate your itinerary and serve food either buffet-style or in the restaurant, depending on the number of visitors. All ingredients used in the kitchen are sourced locally to support the community and neighbouring farmers. We welcome vegetarians and vegans.
Bottled water, coffee and tea are provided free of charge. We encourage guests to bring a reusable water bottle to help minimise environmental impacts.
