In 2019, Sani Lodge has been included among the 100 best sustainable destinations awarded by the Green Destination Committee, the only award for the entire Ecuadorian Amazon. Inclusion in this list is highly prestigious, as nominees actively demonstrate world leadership in the protection of natural habitats and wildlife, as well as respect for indigenous communities, becoming a standard of sustainable tourism development for other countries.
Sani Isla has demonstrated this potential by winning the “Best of Nature” award.
Since we were last recognised by Tripadvisor with a Certificate of Excellence in 2019, it has taken us five years to be recognised again as one of the best places to visit in the world.
